Crappedy Crap Crap!

Let me remind you that I usually I blog about my kids and how great they are so don't go pointing fingers at me for being ungrateful for those things in my life. (I get enough of that from my... Well, I won't say names... Just trust me, I get the "you're ungrateful speech enough)

Okay so my run of bad luck started with Christmas eve when I got rear ended while driving my van for the very first time.
Next...
We were driving home from Houston and got pulled over. The officer of course had no sympathy and gave us a ticket. Luckily my husband was driving so it wasn't my fault.
Then...
We were on our way to Dallas for new years and I got pulled over. The officer sucked again and didn't care that I wasn't speeding the entire way from Little Rock to Dallas cause I was using cruise control, but when we got close to Dallas traffic got thick and I turned it off. My new car drives so smooth that I didn't notice I was going 14 over the speed limit (84 in a 70). Woops! The punk didn't even drop it down to 80. Thankfully Joey got a ticket 3 days before that so I didn't get the speech.
Then...
While visiting friends in Dallas comments by several friends were made about how they'd love it if we moved to Dallas. That opened the door to all of my rude/ungrateful comments about how I too would love to move to Dallas. Those comments of course led to an argument between joey and I which led to me being sad for the next 24 hours.
SO....
While laying in bed sulking, I noticed a really big water mark on our ceiling. The crown molding is separating from the ceiling. There are ripple marks going down that wall and the paint on the baseboard is chipping off. Yay, our hot water heater that's located in the attic has a leak and will need to be replaced.

So far it's been an expensive 2009!
I hope yours is a little more Lucky than mine.

Ah....I hate that for you! There, now you're done with bad luck for the year. Someone else's turn. Just not mine!

That really stinks, but the way you tell it makes it kind of funny. I love the "in bed sulking" part! I do that too...
