So excited for Christmas!!

We drove home from Kentucky today (10 hours). I have been telling the girls that "smoochie" our elf on the shelf would probably be at the house when we got home. There's no limits to bribery/threats when driving with my 3 for that long. When we got home I told joey to wait in the car with girls while I ran in to put smoochie up on a shelf. I thought I knew right where he was but found only an empty box in that spot. After searching for a few hours I finally found him behind the armoir in my bedroom. (no clue why it was there. Thinking maybe I put it behind my tv so the girls wouldn't see it and then it fell? there's really no telling). When the girls found him they were so excited! Avery called Momma and Beverly. She wanted Momma to come see it but i explained that momma lived far away. Thats when she said "well call beverly! Shes just right next door!!!" :-)
They had so much fun shuffling through all the Christmas decor. Joey helped them put their bedroom trees up. The rest will have to wait till tomorrow.
