so what is it like, you ask??

I will start of by saying this.... I highly recommend some type of good reliable birth control to those who are easily stressed or overwhelmed. I finally got Presley's birth announcements printed and in the mail! My goal was to have them done by her 2 month appointment and I did it. I'm pretty sure I did Molly's and even Avery's the first week we were home from the hospital but things are a little different with 3.

People have different opinions about whether it's harder going from 0-1, 1-2, or 2-3. I'm not sure which is hardest. All I know is that 3 kids under 4 years is hard work! The hardest part is getting somewhere. It takes forever to get them out of the house. It goes a little something like this... Eat something, brush teeth, put on clothes, change some diapers, find your shoes, put them on, brush your hair etc etc etc. Then making sure I have everything we need while we're out is stressful too. I feel like my mind is constantly spinning and I ALWAYS feel like I'm forgetting something.

People ask how I'm doing and I don't even know how to respond. Do I say - "I'm crazy" since I am definitely crazy at times. Or should I say... "I think considering my circumstances I'm doing AWESOME" :-) I hear other moms going on and on about how wore out they are over their one newborn. Or a mom with 2 kids will complain and later you find out that her oldest is 8 years and the baby is a month. Really?, that 8 year old can dress and feed them self not to mention walk and get in a car on their own.
I'm really am crazy, but like I said, when you consider all that I do and deal with in a day I'm holding up pretty well.

So... here are few photo's to give you a good visual of what goes on behind the scenes. That's us at Walmart. Yes, sometimes I go to walmart with all 3 on my own. Notice the 18 clips in Molly's hair do. She HAD to wear them all! Some things you just let go. :-)

I thought it would be easy to get a good photo of Presley for her birth announcements. I mean, after all, she's so pretty, so just take a picture and it will turn out good, right? :-) First she spit up on outfit #1, then I couldn't find the bow for outfit #2, so outfit #3 will have to work. Then Molly wanted in the pictures "do I look pretty mom, take my picture, cheeeeeeeeeeeeeeese" all while smothering Presley. These girls LOVE to play/fight with my shoes. They always want the shoe that the other one has. With 4 girls in the house I'm sure we'll have plenty more fights over shoes. ***and there's no way I would survive with out all of the help from Joey. He's got it goin' on when it comes to taking care of our girls!!

I think you are doing great! I can't even begin to imagine.... I am so impressed you take them all to Wal Mart alone. I hate taking my two alone! Some people are just cut out for several people and it sounds like you are :-)

Love these "behind the scenes pictures" Hailey! I just said to Emily yesterday that you are doing so great and that I don't feel like I am holding up near as well- I'm one of those easily overwhelmed moms! She advised me NOT to compare myself to you- see everybody thinks you are a supermom!

Amazing that you already have been to walmart with all 3. I just now feel like I have gotten the hang of having 2 and my youngest is now 6 months old. He was a handful though in the beginning but still you inspire me to possibly just maybe have a 3rd, someday. ;)

I am sooo far behind on your blog! I have to say that the pic of the girls at wal-mart is really cute but I get nervous just looking at it! There is NO WAY IN THE WORLD that I could take care of 3 small kids and still have time to look so dang good and blog about it...you are my hero!!!!
