We opted out of going on a fancy trip this year but had just as much fun going to AR. We drove to Gentry to the drive thru safari. It was really cool. Lots of animals came right up to our car. The rules were 1. no getting out of the car and 2. no windows down. We stayed in the car but the windows came down a bit. The animals would come right up to the car trying to get food. It was so funny! I've never been that close to Emu, Zebra and Camels! We also saw lions, tigers, bears, hippo, and lots of other cool animals on the drive. Our good friends Chelsea and Ella Price went with us.
We spent the night in a hotel that night and the kids all enjoyed swimming. Chelsea and I had fun shopping. The next day we went to the Scott Family Amazeum. It was fun too. Lots of neat things for the kids to do. We stopped in downtown bentonville on our way home for lunch and quick tour of the Walmart museum. Pretty cool to see all the old walmart artifacts.
