Destin 2011

We were scheduled to take a family trip to Destin, FL last summer but BP had that HUGE oil spill that messed up our plans.  So... we rescheduled for this year.  A coworker of mine was getting married there so we planned our trip around her wedding.  It was a really great time.  Not so sure that I'll be hoping in the car with my 3 kids for another 12 hour drive again but... give me a year and I'm sure I'll be recharged!
Wooo hoo... look at that... a picture of all 5 of us looking at the camera.
Vacation is always more fun with friends.  The hanley's stayed in the same condo's as we did.  We had fun hanging with them.  Joey and Patrick thought they were pretty funny immitating some meat heads that had walked by a minute before this picture :-)
Molly LOVED the beach.  She played in the sand, went out in the water, got burried etc.
Our friends were in destin vacationing the week before us.  We met them for dinner on their last day and our first day.  We kidnapped their daughter for the rest of our trip.  She was a huge help!  The girls LOVED having "hailey nosler" around to play!
Poor Presley... She's just at a tough age for vacation.  No naps + completely off schedule + lots of time in the sand and sun = Crabby Presley.  This was one of many fits thrown by little miss priss!
and sadly... she only did this once!
The Methvin Family also stayed at the same condo's as us.  Alyssa is almost 2 and Trinity is 7.  The girls all had a great time playing together.  Molly hasn't stopped talking about when she can see Trinity again!
This one just makes me laugh... Avery in my giant sun hat walking to the pool!
Two little cuties down by the pool!

Presley thought she was pretty cool sporting these big kid goggles!
There they are... MOlly and Trinity.  They had a blast playing in the pool together.  "lets swim to the bottom and touch our toes in the deep end"  "can you do a flip under water?"  :-)
This is what we spent most of our time doing... vacationing with three the ages that ours are is a lot of work.  Fun, but lots of work.

I'm really not even sure how we managed to get 2 seconds away for a picture.
These girls are best buds.  Molly, Adeline, Avery and Presley
By the last day... the little girls were finally used to the water and had fun splashing in the waves.
These crack me up.... potty break in the grass. The bathrooms aren't open at 8 am and no one else is at the pool that early to get angry about 3 girls peeing in the grass.

This one is especially funny cause Presly has on a swim diaper... She just wanted to be like the big girls.
