He's a cool dad!

WOO - this weekend was BUSY! Joey and I both had to work but somehow still managed to have a really great weekend!!
I haven't worked a Saturday in a long time, but this Saturday I had to do wedding hair. After that I volunteered at the Make a Wish Princess Tea Party - where I did hair do's on about 30 little princesses ranging in age from 2-7. It was fun, but I am recommending that they get more than 2 stylists to help out next year cause some of the girls got pretty sad "do's". The line was really long so I was just trying to make sure that everyone got their hair done.
After the tea party I sewed and monogrammed a "silky", a tote bag and a onesie for a baby shower. (I meant to take pictures of the stuff cause it was SO cute, but I forgot). While I did that Joey entertained the girls outside. I could hear Molly screaming with joy from inside so I had to see what was going on. . . Molly LOVED it when it was Joey's turn. She kept screaming, clapping and saying "go daddy". He had a blast too. He kept saying - man, these things really are fun. It was hillarious! *when did the slip-n-slide get so short?? Joey and I both remember it to be much longer :-)Avery and I passed on the slip-n-slide fun, but enjoyed some good sun. I can't believe I'm posting a pregnant swimsuit picture of myself. Don't plan on getting any post pregnancy swim suit photo's anytime soon! Molly was actually the photographer on this one. I feel guilty that I haven't taken very many prego pics during this pregnancy. Poor 3rd child. *Rachel - notice, my straps are down... I might be fat and pregnant but there will be NO TAN LINES for the wedding!
All of the outside fun must have wore Avery out! She took a 3 hour nap today AND went to sleep in her big girl bed this evening with out getting out even once.
Oh and I almost forgot... Molly went with me to the baby shower so that Joey could get some work done while Avery took her nap. I told her it was a baby shower and then started calling it a baby party cause I figured she didn't know what a baby shower was. When we were getting in the car to go home she said "mommy, how come we didn't get to see that baby in the shower?" HA! She is such a silly girl!
