There is a Methodist church way out in the middle of no where on Wye Mountain. Every year they host a daffodil festival. They have a HUGE field of daffodils and it makes a great photo spot!
We skipped church this morning and went to Wye mountain instead. There is a church there so that should count right? Even though we didn't attend a church sermon today we saw God's work 10 times over! The weather was so pretty as were the flowers. To top it off my kids (and husband) were well behaved. :-) They smiled and ran through the fields. It was a great time. When I look back at the pictures it brings a tear to my eye. (which, for those of you who don't know me well, doesn't happen very often - must be the pregnancy hormones running through me).
