Secret Potion!

My house is 10 years old. It has it's fair share of 10 year old nasty funk. You know, things that you just can't get as clean as they were when they were new. The shower has really been grossing me out lately. We, I mean, I squeegee the glass every time I shower. Once a week I give it a good scrub down. You would think it would be pretty clean but no. It's got 10 years of funk built up on it. I googled how to get hard water stains off of glass shower doors and WAH LAH!!!
It suggested something and I tried it. It worked like a charm. The nasty funk just came off. You know how normally you run a towel, paper towel, scrub brush or even your hand over the hard water and it's a ruff, dry texture. Well, not anymore. The stuff just rubbed off. It's smooth again! I really couldn't believe it. Don't get me wrong, I did scrub it for an hour but keep in mind there was 10 years of funk on there. Plus, the stuff was actually working so I just wanted to keep scrubbing.
Okay okay... I'll tell you... LEMON OIL! The stuff you use to polish wood furniture. I got Old English brand- lemon oil. I poured some on a scotch-brite scrubbing pad and then wiped the walls and glass of the shower. Scrub it good with the scratchy pad then wipe with a towel then windex. It will be smooth! You'll love it!

Hmmm... I am totally going to have to remember this. Can you use it on tile and stone too? I wouldn't think lemon oil would hurt it right? Anyway, did you decide to spray that stuf on the gold? I'm dying to see what it looks like!
