We just got a new "Portrait Innovations Studio" in Little Rock. My sister in law takes her daughters there and always gets great pictures so I thought we'd give it a try. UHHGG! Super frustrating. First of all they were 30-45 minutes late for our appointment. Avery was happy as could be at 5:00 but by 5:45 she was done. They had tons of stuffed animals that she wanted but I didn't want an ugly green frog in her pictures :-) The other annoying thing was that she had the cutest tutu, shirt and hat but they took the pictures with a white backgroud so you can't see it. I still ended up spending too much and have way too many pictures but oh well - we live and learn.

Sorry you had such a bad experience. I bet each studio is different depending where you go. I have had really good luck at our studio in Austin. The pics are really CUTE of Avery though. What a doll!!
OMG you would have thought they would have had more sense to use a different background with a white outfit! Avery is just precious though.
Maybe you just got a new photographer on a bad day. =( Very frustrating!
