3 funny stories

1. I LOVE... to listen to my husband through the baby monitor. It's just so cute. When Molly was a tiny baby he would goo goo ga ga at her. The first time you hear your husband do that... it's hilarious and sweet all at the same time.
As I type he just walked into Avery's room with Molly. Avery is just waking up.
Joey (in the highest pitched voice possible for a man) - "WOOO Avery, that's some stinky poop. Molly open that door to get us some ventilation in here"
Molly - "Daddy - did Avery stinky in her diaper... Shoo weee"
Joey - "GIRL!! that stinks, you're going to make me sick"
Molly - Daddy - that smell not make me sick... HI A-REE, you're so cute little sister, I'm gonna tickle you"

2. The other day Joey was putting Avery to bed. We usually sit in the rocker and give her a bottle then she lays down and sleeps. She used to suck her bottles dry but lately she's been funny about taking them so I sing to her and she keeps drinking. I told Joey that so he attempts. He only knows the words to "ABC's" and "you are my sunshine" (and sometimes he doesn't get those all right). haha... okay so he's an awful singer... really really bad. :)
Molly and I were in my room. We could hear him attempting to sing to Avery. Molly looked at me and said... "Daddy's not very good at singing. You need to go help him." Oh it was just too funny. You wouldn't think a 3 year old would be able to notice something like that.

3. Last night Molly was playing with her beauty products. She was brushing our hair and "painting our toes". She made Joey sit on the floor and was standing behind him. She told him he needed to put some more hair "right there" and pointed to the very noticeably thinning spot on the top of his head :-) TOO FUNNY!
I think she's taking after me already with her mouth that has no filter on it.

*sorry for the lack of photo's. I'd put one on this post but I'm posting from Joey's work laptop. I'll post more later today.

Oh gosh, this is too funny. Kids have NO filter and are sometimes brutally honest! Wow!

Yes, we need pictures of the girls and the van!

ha ha!! Cute stories! We were at Em and Mikes this past weekend and Mike asked if Ava wanted to take a bath in their big jaccuzi tup with Greta. Ava said, "Um, that's great, but you'll have to ask my Mom and Dad if it's ok first." That's my girl....

Love the poop stories... we were out the other day and Grace said (very loudly) "mommy I have a big poop"... only the nearest 30 people heard.
